Welcome to FaceSculpt AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled securely.

1. TrueDepth Camera and Facial Data (Crucial Privacy Notice)

FaceSculpt AI uses your device's TrueDepth camera system and Apple's ARKit to provide real-time 3D face scanning, symmetry tracking, and morphometric analysis.

All facial measurements are computed on your device. ARKit and the TrueDepth sensor generate a 3D facial map and calculate your metric values (such as symmetry, jawline angle, and puffiness) locally on your iPhone. Any "calibration" in the app refers solely to tuning measurement thresholds derived from your own scans on your device — it does not involve training any third-party AI model on your data.

To provide progress tracking and history features, we may collect and store data generated from these on-device scans, including:

• raw facial metric values and scan metadata (such as timestamps and scan-quality signals), and
• 3D OBJ mesh scan files (only when you use the optional cloud scan-history feature).

We treat your facial data as sensitive information. We do not sell your facial data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

2. Information We Collect

We collect a minimal amount of data necessary to operate the app. This includes:

• Facial Scan Data: raw face metric values, scan-related metadata (such as timestamps and scan-quality signals), and — when you use cloud scan history — 3D OBJ mesh files.
• Contact Information: Your email address (used for account creation and login).
• Identifiers: A unique User ID and Device ID (used to maintain your active session and link your account across devices).
• Purchase History: Information regarding your in-app purchases and active subscriptions (processed securely via Apple's In-App Purchase system and our backend).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information exclusively for App Functionality, including:
